All orders of products that are in stock and placed before 11:00AM (EST) on a business day (Mo-Fr) will usually leave our warehouse the same day. Orders placed after that will ship the very next business day.

We mainly use FedEx Ground for shipping. In this case all products will be shipped insured, with proof of delivery and with a FedEx tracking no. This way, you'll receive your merchandise fast & safe and you are able to track your shipment at any time after it has left the warehouse. If convenient and fast, we also might use another carrier such as UPS, DHL or USPS.

For your convenience actual shipping charges are calculated during checkout process. If the system should be unable to calculate shipping charges due to an incorrect or unidentifiable address we will contact you to provide you with the correct shipping charges.

Please note that a physical US based shipping address is required and we currently cannot accommodate orders to post office boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
